We sat on the 3rd floor mezzanine level which is perfect for seeing the stage. The acoustics mean no seat in the house is a bad seat. However, there is very little leg room. We sat on the end so my husband could turn and put his legs out but that's not possible if you sit in the middle. Choose your seats carefully if you have long legs.

Very beautiful venue. I really appreciated how helpful the staff was. I am a disabled veteran. The staff was very attentive and I had no problem storing my walker during the show. I have vision impairment and the ushers were very helpful in showing me to my seat. I enjoyed The show such a beautiful night.

I took my 14 y.o to see Tina Turner because she is doing a presentation at school and I wanted her to see how great a performer she was on the stage. (I discussed with her that will be explicit language and other things). She had a fabulous time and the performers were excellent. She got to meet the girl that played Tina at a young age and that was so special. The box seats were great even though you don't get to choose your box mates. They were a little rude at the start but seem to loosen up after we educated them on Broadway shows in NYC.It is a lovely theater and I may return again.

Elegance. Memorable. Velvet.We took our family here for the Nutcracker with the Texas Ballet Theater. They had velvet boosters for kids, ice cream during intermission, delicious drinks, Christmas shopping, velvet stairs, clean bathrooms, comfortable seating, gorgeous environment with the perfect temperature set. We were so comfortable. The staff was friendly, the valet was accommodating and had our car ready and warmed when the valet was over due to the cold temperatures outside. This has become our favorite ballet venue. The Cheescake factory is right across the way so you can catch a bite before or after the ballet or play. We felt warm & safe while in the lap of luxury. The whole family can’t wait to go back. Thank you Bass Performance Hall for thinking of every small detail, including the coat check. The best time we have ever had.

I LOVE to experience live performances at Bass Hall! It's a family holiday tradition to see The Nutcracker. The hall boasts beautiful traditional architecture throughout with iconic angels in high relief on the facade. Home to the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Texas Ballet Theater, Fort Worth Opera, the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition.I highly recommend arriving or departing in style by taking a horse drawn carriage ride to or from the event to take in the downtown Fort Worth sights and night stars for an unforgettable evening.The thoughtful timing of the performances is also key because it allows for lunch or rush hour traffic to clear. I like this option because then you can arrive early, actually find nearby parking, dine and mingle, and be on-time for the performance without all of the stress and hassle.
