Have been taking lessons since July and have learned many dances….foxtrot, waltz, rumba, tango, chacha, east coast swing, bachata, two step and more! Love the encouraging environment. Both Valentin and Laura are very knowledgeable about all aspects of dance and are also great teachers. The community of dancers here in Fort Worth is also warm and welcoming! If you want to learn a single dance for an occasion or wish to learn many dances and compete, Fred Astaire Fort Worth is a great place!

Have been taking dance lessons since July! Started with the introductory special - 2 lessons for $35 and was convinced that I would enjoy more lessons. Finished social dance series and now am working on intermediate bronze level! I appreciate the fun, step-by-step approach which allows students to learn basic steps and build upon them, adding more and more techniques and additional dances. So far, I have learned rumba, tango, foxtrot, waltz, cha cha, east coast swing, bachata and push pull. My stamina and ability to learn dances at a faster pace have both improved a lot. Valentine and Laura make learning the dances fun and memorable. Both are dedicated to helping students succeed and enjoy the dancing! The community of dancers at Fred Astaire are supportive and attend group classes and monthly parties. Give the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Fort Worth a try! It is so worth it!

This is a premier dance studio with top-notch instructors that are knowledgeable, kind and warm. The learning program is structured & tailored to cater to any student's skill level.Valentin, one of the dance instructors, is fantastic! love the studio! The instructors are very talented, patient, and knowledgeable. Was very nervous to dive into my first lesson, but the atmosphere and other dancers are very friendly and help you break the ice. This is important for us introverts who still enjoy social events. Definitely plan on continuing the lessons, and I highly recommend this location!
