My 11-year-old loved the experience, but my 5-year-old said it was too loud, and they gave his flights to his older brother since there weren't any refunds. Overall, the experience was great, and we’d go again.SN: *Reservations are mandatory* If you have a group of people, make your reservation. But if you're unsure about your little flying, don’t buy their ticket until you get there because the flight is one minute and a few seconds. Two flights for $100 is wasteful if they don’t fly.

Can’t say enough nice things about this company. They really give and unfortunately experience from warmly greeting at the door to individuals introductions and attention from the instructors for their students. This was our second time at a different location based here in DFW metroplex, despite the Easter 🐣 weekend crowd for a Monday the staff was patient, warm and enthusiastic with all their guests. Upon completion they provide the students with certificates and discounted prices for follow ups. I made a purchase of 4 at a whopping discounted rate. Looking forward to my very own free fall.

It was a very fun experience. We even bought another session with the instructor Cat (short for Catherine) and she was fabulous. She not only instructed 2 kids with kindness, patience and grace, she also instructed a fairly seasoned flyer, and was very knowledgeable. I recommend this place if you want to try something new and fun and I recommend Cat as your instructor.

Lovely , modern and an experience place .Ticket plus Waiver take about 5 min at most , staff is friendly and professional and well trained on stuff specially flying part .After ticket , fill waiver , then dressed up in suite , watch safety video and sign video then get to business of flying indoor .You will love it , make sure to buy high and fast package for at least one flight .

Such a memorable experience! We had two kids under twelve and an adult—it was marketed as accessible from 3 to 103, and that seemed to be true. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were kind and patient, and the whole process from start to finish was exceptionally safe. We were glad we added the high flight option. It made it that much more fun!
