The Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU hotel is a great location for TCU-related stays in Fort Worth. It also has a great bar on top of the roof called Lot 12. It was at Lot 12 that we decided to host a graduation party for my daughter who graduated from TCU this past May.I just want to say how fantastic the party was. The venue itself is fabulous with great views. It's split between A/C space and outdoor space, both of which are nice to have depending on the weather. The party coordinator Reagan was the best. She made it easy to pull off the party even though we are from out-of-town. Reagan was flexible enough to accommodate our food choices, and the food itself was tasty and enjoyable. The beverage staff behind the bar was top shelf and smoothly kept the beverages flowing. All things considered, the party was a smashing event due in large part to the staff at Lot 12. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome.You don't necessarily need to throw a party at Lot 12, although if you did it will be a hoot. It's worth paying a visit there for a cocktail or two before you move on to your next stop. Thank you, Lot 12 for making a great memory for our daughter's graduation, and thank you Regan for your help in pulling it off.

This was a great first visit for me and my wife. The food, the drinks and the staff are great. They were very attentive. We had a server. He said that he was from California. If you visit. Came in on a late weeknight. Cat and Alex were great! Nice lowkey laid back atmosphere. Plan on coming back with a group of friends. The Frog 75 and fries are the BEST!

Fantastic experience on Sunday evening. Service and food was great and weather was perfect for sitting outside. One of the most relaxing dinners we have had.

Every time I come here the service, food and drinks are AMAZING!!! Simon is my favorite but I adore Cat, Jackson and Alex! They have amazing energy and great smiles! Seriously! It’s a hidden gem! Overall the view is great, the establishment is clean and welcoming. 5 stars across the board! PS- The Frog 75 does the job every time 😉
