The Cookery offers classes covering a wide variety of cuisines including Thai, Mediterranean, and sushi, just to name a few. The Cookery takes pride in providing locally sourced, organic ingredients for guests. After you've had a blast learning and preparing your meal, you will sit down at the communal farmhouse table to enjoy the product of your hard work.

This is definitely a must do! My husband and I had so much fun for the afternoon class and loved everything! To the awesome group of people that were with us, to our incredible host Kayla, to the amazing food! We will definitely be back!

Purchased the Around the World Cocktails/Appetizers class for hubby's birthday. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the very well-rounded information and instruction. The food and drinks all tasted excellent and we were inspired to do some of our twists on a couple of dishes. This was a class on how to cook specific dishes - no light 'training' on cutting techniques, etc. The mixology did include some good technique info and we loved the history of the drinks and how to pair them with each appetizer. Definitely recommend - great experience!!

Awesome experience. Our host/chef Kayla was great, great demonstration and explanation of what we were cooking/doing. Food and drinks were wonderful. I’ll definitely be going again and will recommend to others.

My stepdaughter and I took the Bahn Thai class and had a blast!! There wasn't as much hands-on cooking as I expected but I did enjoy getting to sit and dine with the other class members. It was a fun, laid-back atmosphere and a beautiful facility. The food was DELICIOUS; we are excited to recreate these dishes at home soon!

We had so much fun! Kayla, Stephanie and Patrick were awesome. It was cool to actually go through the steps and learn some dishes that we will definitely be repeating at home! We also learned a few cocktails and I have a new favorite drink!
It's a fun date night so if you want good food and drink along with something different then this is the place. We highly recommend. We will be going back!

This class was the perfect date night for us. Our cooking group and teacher were great people. Katie was the perfect teacher! Thanks for making it a great experience Katie. All of the Indian dishes we made were delicious. Will definitely be taking another cooking class soon. Thanks!

Wife got us tickets for an awesome Italian cooking course. The kitchen was neat and clean, staff was very friendly, and the music was great. Most importantly the I learned some things. I think for anyone who already knows how to cook it wouldn’t be informative at all but I know nothing so it was great. The food, the wine, was all delicious. A real fun 3 hours with the wife. Only thing I was hoping was to be more hands on with each piece of the meal versus just doing a few of the items.

Such a fun date night experience!

My boyfriend & I attended their “Evening in Paris” class, which consisted of a 3 course meal (appetizer, entree, and dessert) with duties throughout being assigned between a group of 10 people.

Our instructor, Rachel, was awesome & so much fun! She did a great job of explaining everything and was extremely personable.

I would have enjoyed a more hands-on experience rather than the entire group pitching in on group dishes, but we had a really awesome group of people and it turned out very fun.The class sits down at the end at a dinner table to eat.

Definitely a great idea to do with a partner or a group of buddies, just don’t expect your own individual work stations or to be working exclusively on your own dish.

I do plan to try some other classes in the future! (Food was also very tasty!)
