October is the perfect month to fall in love with some spooky Romantic Spots in Fort Worth! While some of these spots and activities may not be traditionally romantic, they are certainly fun and provide an excellent opportunity to cuddle up with your love for a little extra protection. Here are some of our favorite spooktacular romantic spots in Fort Worth.
1) Miss Molly’s Hotel~ Mischievous Mists
Yes, Miss Molly’s did get its start as a brothel. Yes, there may be a few mischief makers from years gone by that still hang they misty hat and kick off their dusty boots at Miss Molly’s, but there’s only one way to find out. Book a romantic overnight boo-cation, we mean bae-cation, at Miss Molly’s and you can be the judge.
2) Cowtown Winery~ Ghost and Crime Tours
You and your sweetheart will start your evening at the innocent enough Cowtown Winery. But as the sun sets you’ll take off on foot to explore the spookier side of the Fort Worth Stockyards Area. Your tour guide will lead you to some of Fort Worth’s most haunted locales and share the stories of ghost that still haunt the area to this day.
3) Fort Worth Zoo~ Boo at the Zoo
Legend has it that an old zoo keeper, tasked with caring for the elephants who later crushed and killed him, still haunts the zoo to this day and continues to care for the elephants he so deeply loved. Now it’s not all doom, gloom, and ghosts at the Zoo. The Zoo will also hosts Boo at the Zoo on October 25, 26, and 27, 2004 with treat stations, themed entertainment, and Halloween fun for the whole family.
As you can see, Forth Worth has several options if you’re looking for a spooky date spot. No matter where you choose, we hope you have an un-boo-leivable time. Happy Halloween Ghoulies!
