First time here & I loved how they have a different approach to eating sushi. Revolving sushi was super fun to look at! The sushi choices I picked were okay the rice was dry, they could have tasted better. The company of catching up with my dear friend made my experience entertaining so I didn’t care if my sushi tasted great or not. Overall I give my experience a 3.5

Date night! Super cool experience, love all the visual options of food as well as the opportunity to order from the kitchen. Price point is very good and the restaurant is very family friendly. We will be bringing back our kids

My best friend & I came here for the first time yesterday around 5 & had a great experience. Lots of variety came around continually & the hostesses were prompt with refilling our drinks. Will definitely be back!

Service was slow. Not a lot of options on the revolving track. Had to order special to get normal items. Service for drinks and the check was slow.

Had to go to the front to pay check. Waitress didn’t check in once. Sushi had very fishy smell. Overly priced. Will not return.

It’s great that we have one of these in Fort Worth! It’s a very cute concept and the staff are very friendly. Most everything we tried was fresh and tasted good. We even ordered off the menu - noodles and a fried rice dish. Definitely worth checking out and would be a very fun date night.

Decent place, haven't been to a conveyor belt sushi place in the states before and it was better than expected. In Japan plates usually range between $1-$3 per regular plate and $4+ for premium items. This place each plate on the conveyor or that was listed "mrkt price" (which was annoying to see because I want to know how much I'm paying for something) was a Lil less than $4, which isn't bad for what you get and everything I had was super delicious. My only complaints are, I wish they'd make the plates cheaper, like closer to $2 even if that means they have to take a roll away, that way you can try more rolls without breaking the bank and the items I order took awhile to come to me, despite the place not being very busy. Overall, Akarii has tasty sushi and would be a nice place to splurge a little every once in awhile, definitely will come back.

I have to base my review on other conveyor belt sushi locations I've been to. Let me start with the positives: They have a large, diverse menu, so even people who don't like sushi will have multiple options to choose from. My waitress was friendly and very attentive, which I appreciated, as their computer was not intuitive to me. In order to order something not on the conveyor belt, you pick it on the screen and hit enter/okay. However, I did not know that you then have to open up your order history, pick it again from your history, and then send it from there. It's an extra step that is not intuitive for me, as a first-time user. This extra step was also not explained to me when I arrived. The plates are also a little more pricey than other conveyor belt sushi locations I've been to. However, I'm not convinced that the quality is that much better here. There is also no convenient place to place your plates once you're done with them, so it can get a little cluttered in your area. They are counted at the end of your meal. These are just my thoughts. If you live in the area and you like sushi, I definitely recommend giving this place a try, as it allows you to try a lot of different menu items. The quality of the fish is fairly good, if a bit bland. I'm just not likely to go out of my way to come again (it's a bit of a hike for me).
