Mark was our waiter and quickly tended to our every need. We had such an amazing yummy experience. Ruth’s Chris steak house never fails to satisfy their customers!

This was a great experience. Making reservations was easy. The confirmation call the day before my reservation was great.Upon entering, we (party of 3) were seating in less then a minute. Our server was amazing, knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered drinks, loved the fresh squeeze juice option (had grapefruit juice), then appetizers and entrée. Entrees were served on hot plate (server warned multiple timesof the plate temp) The sides were served family style. All meals were served on elegant dishes. The food was plated beautifully and tasted very good.The atmosphere was intimate. There are a variety of seating from open round tables to booths were available. My party was seated at a u booth. The layout and decor is designed for a vast experience. You can have a romantic dinner, a business meeting, to a family dinner in this place. Overall, a great experience. They made sure my birthday celebration was speacial. Thanks for the great experience.S/N...Not sure if it's the norm or just that day but it had a slight old fragrance in thecair when you first walk in. Maybe use a diffuser. All-in-all that didn't deter the great experience and meal I and my family had.

We had a group dinner scheduled last night at the Ft Worth Main Street location. Several of us started downstairs and noticed a pungent, musty odor. The further down the stairs we went the stronger the smell.When we sat down the waiter arrived and one of our party asked about the smell. The waiter sarcastically replied “What odor?” When asked again he left our table and went to the table next to us. At that point, we left.Several others in our group decided to stay. There were air purifiers going and personnel walking around spraying FeBreeze all throughout the establishment. The smell in the bathrooms was overwhelming.The only response we received was handled poorly. We were told the rain caused this issue. I can’t imagine the storm we had would do this but I will take it at face value. It was bad and by no means a place where one could enjoy a five star experience. Couple that with the waiter’s actions and it is a no go for me.I hate it. I have always wanted to dine there. Maybe some other time.

This place sucks overpriced & overrated with mice & roaches on the floor! Plus they never give you a chance employment due to favoritism and racism!!

My first time Dinning at Ruth Chris Steakhouse was for my Birthday and they did not disappoint… Food was good, elegant atmosphere and my waitress Brittany R. was the best.She gave us great service very knowledgeable of the menu and made me feel like a Queen! I highly recommend the reserve your table with Brittany R.

We went for our anniversary and they set the mood by putting rose pedals on the table. Ralph our waiter was absolutely fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! The food was all amazing and delicious! We will definitely be going back and specifically asking for Ralph!!

We celebrated our anniversary at Ruth’s Chris and it was such a lovely experience! They put rose petals on the table for us and brought us some champagne to set the mood. Our server Ritchie was top notch, explained the menu choices and the quality of the beef we were about to be served. Everything was pleasant and the food was absolutely delicious. It ended up being the perfect setting for our engagement!

We visited to celebrate our anniversary, they put rose petals on the table for us and gave us dessert, the entire staff have great attitudes. Our waitress Jewel was the best. The food was absolutely amazing, specially the lobster Mac & Cheese!
