Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is the prime choice for dinner on date night. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse specializes in perfectly preparing USDA Prime steaks, tantalizing seafood dishes, and delectable side dishes. The Cowboy Ribeye, King Salmon & Shrimp, and Creamed Spinach are menu highlights. The ambiance here is sophisticated and elegant, perfect for a date night. You will find plush seating, white table cloths, and interesting lighting fixtures.
When we sat down the waiter arrived and one of our party asked about the smell. The waiter sarcastically replied “What odor?” When asked again he left our table and went to the table next to us. At that point, we left.
Several others in our group decided to stay. There were air purifiers going and personnel walking around spraying FeBreeze all throughout the establishment. The smell in the bathrooms was overwhelming.
The only response we received was handled poorly. We were told the rain caused this issue. I can’t imagine the storm we had would do this but I will take it at face value. It was bad and by no means a place where one could enjoy a five star experience. Couple that with the waiter’s actions and it is a no go for me.
I hate it. I have always wanted to dine there. Maybe some other time.
