The Ashton Depot is a beautiful private event venue with a history that reaches back to 1899. The Ashton Depot was originally the historic Santa Fe Depot where train services operated from 1900 to 2003. It was the longest running train station in the country. The Ashton Depot has been restored and renovated and now hosts some of the most beautiful weddings and events in Fort Worth. The Ashton Depot has restored the original marble floors, tin ceilings, exquisite woodwork and stained-glass windows that were all present in the building in 1899. They have added beautiful light fixtures that compliment the original beauty of the train station.

I visited the Ashton Depot for a business event, and it was beautiful. The people here are AMAZING. They really know how to host and make guests feel welcome. The food was also wonderful and the venue itself is beautiful. Free parking on-site.

I attended a WGU event on 10-17. The venue is beautiful and nostalgic/class.The service was outstanding and the team members very knowledgeable about the history of the building.Cari made an impression on me as one who added value to the customer experience by being diligent, seamless yet accommodating the needs of the guests. She shared information with me of the history of the property. She was a difference maker.Thank you Cari!

Our experience at the Ashton Depot was outstanding! Cindy helped us prepare and made sure all details were correct leading up to the event. Marissa was fantastic the day of and day prior with the finishing touches. Cari was so friendly and made sure all of our guests had a wonderful experience. Chef Cesar did a great job with the menu, and our guests are still raving about the delicious food. From start to finish, the event was amazing thanks to the team at The Ashton Depot!

Today at Ashton Depot, we indulged in a delightful food and appetizer tasting. The chef, employees, and the beautiful venue impressed us, but the worn-out chairs need attention, as they might not be suitable for a wedding venue.

I went to my niece's wedding. Its a beautiful venue. An old trains station that has been renovated beautifully. The catering was excellent. One incredibly very classy thing they do is "Synchronized Serving" which means the servers bring all the plates at the same time and set them on the table at the exact same time. So no awkward situation where one person at a table doesn't have their food.Absolutely check this place out for your next event. See Cindy Vazques General Manager. She's great.

I give Ashton Depot the highest review! Cindy, Chef Cesar, and the entire team were wonderful to work with.The staff took care of everything from setting up to keeping us on our timeline, providing coordination of their rental items, and taking everything down at the end of the evening. My husband and I, along with our families, did not have to worry about anything; we were in good hands.The staff exceeded our expectations. Our butler and all the other servers were terrific and very attentive. The synchronized service for dinner was excellent! Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, along with the best food.It is so easy to write this review for Ashton Depot, just thinking back on all the details from our wedding reception just makes me smile! We’re so grateful we were able to book the Ashton Depot for our wedding reception and that our date was available.
