    What makes it fun

If you are looking to dine on some authentic Mexican food, not Tex-Mex, with your sweetheart, you need to head to Tinie's Mexican Cuisine. Tinie's serves up the finest Mexican food in Fort Worth. You won't find Tinie's hiding their proteins under salsa and cheese like so many Tex-Mex places do. Instead, Tinie's know how to make their proteins shine by seasoning and cooking them perfectly and serving them alongside vegetables. The vibe at Tinie's is unassuming and relaxed, making it a great place to grab a bite to eat and get lost in conversation with the one you love.

We love Tinies! The food and drinks never disappoint. Many delicious appetizers to choose from and they added some great tacos to the menu which were a hit last time we dined. Service is usually good. One of our family's favorite spots.

Came here with my family for dinner and drinks and was extremely disappointed by our service from Thomas. When our food arrived, I asked Thomas for some hot sauce. Instead of promptly assisting, I watched him lean against the counter in the back, joking around with coworkers and was swatting a coworker with a dish rag. This was all done in full view of our table. I finally got up and asked if we could have the hot sauce and by the time I sat down my meal was lukewarm, and honestly, so was my patience. We needed more water so I just got up and got from the bar myself.

I finally went over to him while he was chatting with a coworker and asked him if he could come by and check in on us because we wanted to order more drinks but there was no point.

He came over we asked for the bill and then he offered us a shot on him. I let him know I didn’t need him to get us a shot, I needed him to be more attentive.

The lack of professionalism and attention to basic service standards was frustrating. Dining out is supposed to be enjoyable, not feel like a self-serve cafeteria with overpriced food. Safe to say, I won’t be returning.

Went with a group of friends, we got the fried octopus, it was okay. The octopus tasted like a fishy chicharrón. Two of my friends liked it, but I thought it was okay. Wouldn’t order that again. The chips and queso were good, queso didn’t have enough flavor. We also got guacamole and chips and that was good. My friend ordered potato taquitos, she liked it. I got the chipotle tenderloin tacos those were definitely good. My other friend got the chicken fajitas and she said that was good. My other friend got some enchiladas that had mole on top and she didn’t really like it. The drinks were strong. Overall good atmosphere, cute place to go. Total I spent for one appetizer, plate, and 2 drinks was $70 with tip.

Made reservations for Christmas Eve. Got a text 22 minutes before our reservation letting us know they were closed. They had days to cancel our reservation. Now we have no where to go on Christmas Eve.

I walked in and sat at the bar/counter so that I could find someone to chat with while eating food. The food was awesome, with great atmosphere, and ambiance. The staff was quite friendly and social and communicative, putting me at much ease while I was there the entire time. The server was Bre (Breanna ) and she was awesome chatting with and quite receptive and hospitable. The empanadas and the margaritas were really good, I plan on visiting here again in a few days.

Walked in without a reservation, was greeted and seated immediately. Very friendly staff. Salsa had slight heat and a smoky taste that went great with the fajitas. Fajitas came with corn and flour tortillas. Everything was very flavorful. Pozole was thicker than normal but my husband said it was really good. Restaurant was more on the smaller side (which wasn’t a problem), they do have an upstairs also though. Lighting was dim but still could see your food. Would definitely give this place a try if you want your mexican food a little more on the authentic side.

Great food, service and atmosphere. My friend and I visited for the first time during Friday happy hour and were not disappointed. Our Casita Margaritas were amazing and the complimentary bread was a nice touch. Their happy hour pricing was great so we ended up getting chips and queso, pork tacos and chicken tacos to split. It was all fantastic. We will definitely be back!

This was not our first time here but I can say Tinies has stepped up their game even more! The service was phenomenal, and was really refreshing as it feels like service at a lot of restaurants has gone down hill. We had some amazing cocktails and the food was delicious. Everything we have tried here has been amazing. It is a little on the pricier side but well worth the money. You definitely get what you pay for.
