I can not put into words how wonderful this place is! We have ALWAYS loved blue sushi sake, but yesterday we celebrated my son’s birthday and from start to finish they were phenomenal and went above and beyond. First of all it’s hard to even find restaurants that will take reservations anymore, and they took us for 20 people!! Second, they let us bring a cake and not only did they let us bring the cake, they cut it and plated it for all of us and even gave the birthday boy a candle. The manager was so friendly and nice and our waiter, he took care of all 20 of us with a smile on his face the entire time & we never went without. I just was blown away by the level of service they gave us which doesn’t exist hardly at all in today’s world! The food was fantastic per usual as well. Thank you Blue Sushi for making my son’s birthday so good!

One of the best happy hour deals in Fort Worth! I always go here when I want to treat myself, but don’t have the funds. The service is always friendly and attentive. I normally get the raspberry mojito and get a different roll every time- so far, I’ve liked them all. This is the perfect place for a casual lunch, quick drinks, or a fancy dinner.

If you haven't discovered Blue yet, you are missing out! Their happy hour for sushi (weekdays 2-6pm and all day Sunday) is a treat! So many yummy sushi, Maki, nigiri and cocktails to choose from! Service is excellent and, if the weather is nice, the patio is lovely. Inside can sometimes be noisy so try to sit at the periphery near the windows. Do avoid the house lime margarita ; it tastes really weird and I had to send mine back.

Blue Sushi was a delightful surprise! We were so glad to have Dakota as our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, which was helpful because my wife has many food sensitivities. we were completely amazed at the flavorful food. We especially loved the salmon nigiri - for 2 small pieces, they were full of flavor sensations that made us want to savor the taste in small bits. Happy Hour was another pleasant surprise. The special prices applied to food choices, as well as drinks (see the special menu). Although it was a weeknight, the place was noisy and busy, which showed that it is a very popular place. We will be back and we will bring family!

It's exactly what you would want at this price point. Staff is great. Place is attractive. It's a worthwhile stop if you're in that neighborhood and want to eat on the lighter side. Which isn't always easy to do in Cowtown.

Delicious, crispy brussel sprouts were sweet, crispy and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend brussel sprouts and tuna tower, everything else was also tasty. 2 bottles of sake 2 apps 3 rolls $127 including tip.

We came here on a Monday during happy hour to celebrate our anniversary on a recommendation and were thoroughly pleased with our experience. Parking was free and plentiful and there was no wait to be seated. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of the menu and was able to offer us recommendations for anything we were looking for. They checked on us at regular intervals and kept our water topped up as well which we appreciated. The sushi was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! The happy hour discount was great and allowed us to order and try more than we potentially would have otherwise. Overall we greatly enjoyed our experience and cannot wait to return again in the future.

No wait time! Everyone was very friendly. I love the fort worth location they have free parking garages very close! The food came quick and ordering was very simple. Our waitress was very attentive and made great conversation. Shishito peppers were my fav for sure! I will be coming back!!
