Jacob was a great waiter for my sweet Mom and me. We were given the recommendation by my Mom's dermatologist at Mira Vista Surgery Center. The food was amazing and service was superb by all staff involved. We will be back and will pass on your amazing establishment to others.

Good quality food with decent size portions our server was absolutely brilliant , just young guy with a pony and mustache. Worth the price so much better than going to a typical chain restaurant.

Amazing team! We placed a very large order right when they opened, and they had all of our food ready within 30 minutes. The young gentleman handling pickup orders was extremely kind, helpful, and efficient. On top of the excellent customer service, the food was delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

My daughter and I went to one of my favorite restaurants, Charleston’s Restaurant on S. Hulen St. in Fort Worth, for lunch today, September 18, 2026. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a sirloin steak medium-well. When I cut into it, it was WELL DONE and so tough that I almost hurt my hand trying to cut it. The waiter and manager, Jared, apologized and had the kitchen make another steak. I waited almost 15 minutes for the second steak. By the time it came out, my daughter had already finished her meal, and I was still sitting there waiting. Then I cut into the second steak and it was RARE and completely raw inside! I could not believe they got my steak wrong TWO times! At that point, I refused to wait for a third steak. I had already spent enough time waiting, and I was hungry. Jared was very nice and apologized for what happened, and I appreciate that. However, given the inconvenience and the fact that I drove almost 40 minutes to enjoy a meal at one of my favorite restaurants, I feel something more should have been offered, such as a complimentary drink or dessert. I left Charleston’s HUNGRY after my steak was prepared incorrectly twice. That is extremely disappointing, especially from a restaurant I have always enjoyed. I hope management addresses this with the kitchen because a medium-well steak should not be this difficult to get right.

Great intimate restaurant. For apps, spinach and artichoke dip is a must and the Hawaiian Ribeye is the go-to everytime for dinner. Glad to see it's now permanently on the menu! Good place for a date or celebration.

The Brussel sprouts were incredible!!!! I usually don't even eat them. I enjoyed my meal and loved the atmosphere. I had been once before years ago. They are a little pricey, but I'd return. I would like to see more options as well. Overall, I'd give them a 7/10.

The atmosphere, the level of service, and the food are absolutely on point here each and every time we come in. Every worker is attentive and constantly working to provide the best possible service. The food is fantastic, and they offer many gluten-free options that make it easy for a blended family (gluten allergies and no allergies) to enjoy a nice meal together in one place. The portion sizes are large, and we had plenty to take home. We never had to request a drink refill, plates to be taken away, or anything else, only the check at the end. This has become our new weekend spot, and we can't wait to return.

Wonderful service despite being very packed during weekend lunch time! The salad was huge and the chicken parm was very moist and crispy. The bread pudding is amazing ✨ The lighting is a bit poor, but I find that it adds to the atmosphere.

Went here to celebrate a birthday! Good tasting food and nice service. A little pricey but everything tasted good. I appreciate one of the waitresses asking if it was okay to sweep next to our table (I think her name was Selma). This earned major points and one of the reasons I would go back.
