I’m extremely disappointed with the way my concern was handled by the manager I spoke with at Eddie V’s. I did not get her name, but unfortunately, the interaction was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I called regarding an issue with the valet service operating outside of Eddie V’s. Rather than listening to my concern and helping me get in contact with someone who could actually address the valet issue, the manager chose to argue with me about it. She repeatedly cut me off, was dismissive of what I was saying, and made no real effort to help resolve the situation. What made it even more frustrating is that she told me she would transfer me to someone who could provide me with the appropriate contact information. Instead, I was transferred back to the front desk and had to explain the entire situation all over again. I completely understand that the customer is not always right, but there is a professional way to handle a disagreement with a customer. Arguing, cutting someone off, being dismissive, and then failing to provide the assistance you said you would provide is not that way. I left the conversation feeling completely unheard and disrespected. As someone who works in customer service myself, I found the interaction especially disappointing. I expected much better professionalism from management at Eddie V’s, and unfortunately, that is not what I received.

My friend and I had the best time for her birthday last weekend. We had their lobster roll special a glass of Texas finest listening to some live classy music by a gentleman group that was just a smooth vibe. Shout out to Ms. Sarah F. She was literally everything 2 besties needed to make it a great birthday night. I would highly recommend the crab fried rice and the lobster mashed potatoes talk about a rich luxury gift for your soul. Might I add the I truly appreciate the treatment that the management and staff showed to myself and my bestie. They went above and beyond making the night special the banana foster ice cream and cookie they surprised us with along with the rose and birthday card was truly the icing on the cake. We celebrated our anniversary and my husband's birthday there. Everything was perfect. We had roses on the table along with a birthday card and anniversary card. We ordered the big Eddie tower, and it was off the chart delicious.. after the meal, they brought out some cake and cookies and lit it up

One of the best. The crab fried rice is always amazing and the seafood tower is always very fresh. Never had a bad experience in my many visits to Eddie V"s.

Fantastic evening in the lounge. Loved the drinks, food, and mostly the upbeat vibe. The drink with the butterfly pea ice cube was a crowd pleaser! Steaks were on point and the seafood tower did not disappoint. Our server, Paige, was helpful and cheerful. The banana’s foster was out of this world. The live music was incredible and fun, felt like a fresh, New Orleans jazz vibe, and they take requests. We will be back on a Monday night for this jazz ambiance!

We dine in here for our Easter brunch. The food and atmosphere was fantastic. Music vibes were 💯. Our server was the best and the manager came by the table as well.

We had the best time at Eddie V’s! They were so accommodating to my plant based needs. I had no idea they would be or we would have come here a long time ago. Our server, Coleman, was so friendly and helpful, gave me several options, off the menu dinner salad with dressing on the side, a tofu dish with a ginger sauce and spinach, side of steamed asparagus and steamed rice. There was even a strawberry basil sorbet for dessert. All the food was freshly prepared and seasoned nicely. My husband raved about this Caesar salad, Crab stuffed shrimp and potatoes au gratin. His Bananas foster dessert is still one of the best desserts in town. We plan to come back with a visiting friend next month and I will let everyone in my Chef Julia plant based following know about the outstanding choices here. Thank you.

What a wonderful experience! My husband surprised me with an anniversary dinner here 3/4/24. The food was exceptional and the service is over the top! I had red roses waiting for me (courtesy of the restaurant). When we finished dinner, we went into the lounge and enjoyed great jazz. Very romantic place ❤️ We will be back!

Ensure to place a reservation for immediate seating! This place provides exceptional service and high quality food for a premium price. Our server was very attentive, gave recommendations, answered any questions that we had and we highly appreciated it. The music was great as well. Highly recommend this spot.

This place is insane! This was our first visit and it really set the bar high. The service is top notch. The atmosphere is very chill and upscale. The food, you just can't say enough. I tried the swordfish that was a special. When they say topped with crab you don't get the typical sparse flakes of crab, you get huge chunks on top. Very delicious! Then there are the accompaniments, potatoes au gratain were good, but the crab fried rice is almost an entire reason to visit. Not even exaggerating here. That's absolutely phenomenal. A perfect excuse to be stuffed till it hurts.
