My friends and I were in the private little dining room, where they cook the pasta classes, and our service was horrible. Our server, Patrick, was rude from the start, and continued to be short and snippy through our entire service. He treated us like we were children, belittling us from the start. For how expensive the restaurant is, we were all shocked by how rude and unprofessional the server was. The manager who came by to drop the food instantly had much better energy and personality towards our group.
We all personally had moments where we were uncomfortable and anxious from how he was treating us. The food was spectacular, same with the drinks, you’re definitely getting what you’re paying for. The atmosphere, the bathrooms, everything was nice and clean, a ton of good photo spots, but we will never be back based off of the service we were provided. Other reviews have great recommendations about Patrick, however we cannot agree with that at all. Coming from the service industry, particularly fine dining, which every one of us has been in, the standards were not up to par, which is again disappointing. Even if we had caught a server on a bad day, there’s no excuse for ever taking it out on your paying customers.
