Updated rooms, excellent staff in general. I’ve been having breakfast at Cast Iron…service and food has been excellent. Subash was cooking this morning and the food was fantastic. Thanks!

We loved the Fort Worth Omni!!! It’s a beautiful hotel and there was not a stone not turned in the design of this hotel. Every single thing was well thought out. Clean hotel and friendly staff! We will definitely stay again when we visit again!

Overall I had a good time here. I was nice to hit the hot tub after work and the bar downstairs after. I had a great room with a view of the water gardens and being able to walk downtown for some good food was a plus. I would have given the service 5 stars if they were able to charge our electric rental car onsite. I will probably return to this hotel on the next trip

Celebrated an anniversary and felt valued as a customer. Our room, Wrangler Room, was huge and the view from the wrap around balcony was AMAZING! The room temperature was not accurate with thermostat (would have preferred it to be warmer) but we felt like due to the cold outside/windows/and sliding doors that may be why. We didn't complain and wasn't too bad.

The breakfast buffet and omelet bar with chief, was really good. So many options to choose from!

Most staff were friendly and professional. A female bartender was short and kinda rude when we went to get our complimentary drinks.

Valet parking is the only option and expensive! There should be something done about the cost.

This location is not great for walking around the city. Better if going to a convention because the convention center is directly across the street. Not much to site see like Dallas Omni location.

Overall great room and breakfast buffet.
