Probably the best B&B i have ever stayed in. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Room was great, including the mattress!!!
Breakfast are outstanding. It is quiet and in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access and secure parking. The proximity to just about anything in Fort Worth is great. Will be going back when we stay in Fort Worth Area

We celebrated a birthday and swam in the pool. The house was beautiful and very authentic. So comfortable and cool- it was very hot outside!! The pool and area was like our own private oasis in the city. We stayed out in it until 10pm! We went in to sleep in wonderfully comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was just superb. The special coffee was delicious as well as the food. We definitely would love to return. We all felt very welcomed and appreciated.

Fabulous as always. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and fun. The breakfast is the highlight of any stay. It is definitely our home away from home. Kelly is a jewel. You won't find a better person anywhere.

Kelly was the perfect host. Everything felt so at home from the beautiful lush grounds and inviting pool to the table setting for Kelly’s delicious breakfast. I loved everything about Rosen Inn. Such a nice touch to be able to grab a full glass bottle of fresh water from the foyer fridge or a cup of coffee or tea anytime from the foyer Keurig. Sitting in the lush front yard garden completely covered with tall expansive trees feeling the breeze was a joy and relaxing. Felt so peaceful and just what I needed. Thank you Kelly for your hospitality and accommodations when I needed a little extra. Can’t wait to go back for another stay. Lisa C.

Kristina, her family, and staff are very hospitable and friendly. They strive for the best experience and accommodations for their guests. The inn is decorated well to the time period. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the breakfasts were amazing. We will definitely be back!

After staying here last weekend, the Rosen House Inn is officially my new Ft. Worth home-away-from-home. It's worth the stay for the breakfast alone (changes daily and truly delicious!) but on top of that- the room was so comfortable, it was quiet, the pool was lovely, the hosts were even lovelier, and from the bedside white noise machine to the pamphlets and recommendations downstairs- there are thoughtful details everywhere you look. Thank you so much for having us!

Stayed three nights while visiting our son that lives a couple blocks away. We now understand why he and his finance decided to buy a home in the Fairmont Historical District. 10-minute walk to Magnolia Ave and excellent bars and restaurants. Beautiful weather while we were there and we made use of the pool one afternoon. Very relaxing stay and homemade breakfasts were amazing. Kelly and the dogs are a special treat. We highly recommend and plan to make it our home away from home when visiting our son in Fort Worth.

My husband and I stayed two nights to explore Fort Worth. Kelly was super helpful and nice from our booking phone call until we left. She wanted our experience to be wonderful!
We had never been to a Bed and Breakfast, and it was such a joy to wake up smelling breakfast being prepared! And it was delicious! She made something new every day. She shared her knowledge of the southern historical district, the history of the Rosen House and gave us a plethora of places to visit and things to do. Top-notch hospitality! We can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Oh, we also had cookies and wine waiting for us in our room!

We had a wonderful stay at The Rosen House Inn! The room was comfortable and cozy. During the afternoon we enjoyed swimming in the pool, and it was very relaxing! The next morning a full breakfast was served, and everything was delicious. I’ll definitely be back again!

We stayed over just one night, but felt very comfortable in our room. The host served a full breakfast that was wonderful. We were glad we found this place and would recommend it to others.

Well, I most FIRST thank Kelly& 'Mr. B'
for my AHHHH-MAZing FIRST visit to Rosen House Inn.

I saw Kelly's heart& it made me smile at a very difficult time in my life.

The VA took me ENTIRE check, due to an overpayment& I ended up homeless. My boyfriend at the time paid for my room. Later in the evening, I heard a knock at the door. Kelly said, "We are ordering sandwiches& wondered if you wanted one.

THIS stay, I started by sitting on the COMFY sofa on the porch, with a good book& fries from What-A-Burger.

Hubby, Mr. B comes out& we had a pleasant chat& I asked him if he could take my (VERY HEAVY!!) bag upstairs.

No problem. Mr. B
is just so sweet.

had ta ring tha dang doorbell.

Kelly had just gotten home
from her day job& let me in.....

FAVORITE part of my visit: I get to sit w/Kelly for a bit& chat& spend time w/the DOGGIES!! Rufus& Nelly. &I got to feed them some of my hamburger& fries.

very gentle& sweet!!

it downstairs....

the other 2 guests& I&&&& there
was HOMEMADE banana bread& sourdough toast w/soft butter& blackberry jelly.

A breakfast quiche that Kelly made. Eggs, tomatoes that BURSTS in our mouths w/ FLAAA-UH (!!) Spinach, Ricotta cheese& regular cheese (??)

The Rosen House Inn is a comfortable, historic bed and breakfast in Fort Worth. My daughter and I needed a place to stay near the hospital district and the Rosen House Inn did not disappoint. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Kelly, the Innkeeper, provided recommendations on restaurants and activities we might enjoy. The Magnolia room was comfortable, clean, with all the amenities we could want. My daughter and I will visit again. Our time together at the Rosen House Inn was perfect. Thank you, Kelly!

The Rosen House is a historic home that brings the history of Fort Worth to life. Nestled in the historic Fairmont neighborhood, and within walking distance of local favorite eateries and eclectic bars. The staff at Rosen are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the added touch of homemade cookies and wine are a sweet and welcomed touch. Let’s talk about the breakfast. Excellent food and plenty of it. She offers a little something different each day with a special Sunday breakfast. I never miss the breakfast. The Rosen House is a must for us whenever we are in Fort Worth. Also, 10 minutes from TCU, downtown and Stockyards. Love it!

I recently stayed two nights at The Rosen House Inn. It was absolutely fantastic. I loved every minute of it. In fact, I’d only planed to stay in town one night, but stayed two nights because I felt such calm peace here, so much so that I didn’t want to leave. I was booked into another room that was a little smaller, but just as lovely as the first, on my second night. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. I love the decor I felt like I stepped back in time and played part and it. Thank you so much for having me and I cannot wait to come back to Fort Worth and stay here again. I love this historical neighborhood.

Words can't express my absolute joy! Celebrated my 26th birthday today at The Rosen House Inn!❤️🌹 A gorgeous 100 year old Victorian home. This home was turned into a Air B&B by Kelly and Kristina. Such beautiful souls we were so fortunate to meet. Along with a sweet family! They host tea parties, big events and for guest, fresh cooked breakfast in the morning. So many good things to say but some of our highlights were the freshly brewed tea with a your choice of a teacup. She brought us a flower petal tea from England and when I asked had what the name was she gave me the whole tea container. ❤️
The room was so beautiful and the home was absolutely stunning. We were also allowed to try on the authentic Victorian dresses and hats! I was all about that 🤣😍❤️ I tried on 2 of their dresses and brought one of my own. The history in this home was so incredible.❤️😭what a great experience!

Rosen House Inn was easy to find and get in to with the check-in information. The Magnolia room was beautiful and unique with a fire place and claw foot tub. The king bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable!! As if that wasn’t enough, the care taken by Kelly was beyond anything expected!!!! The cookies in my room were gluten-free and she made sure I had GF breakfast every morning, and WITHOUT charging extra as it seems everyone else does. I want to plan another trip to Texas just so I can stay here again!! Thank you Kelly!!!!!! ♥️
