No parking unless you pay $48 for valet + $4 for tax per night. If you don't want to pay for that, you have to fend for yourself by parking on the street if there's a spot. It's cool to charge for parking but damn.

I had a great experience here. Kerri at the front desk was amazing and he helped me out after a hellish night at the airport after a cancelled flight. Room was clean, spacious, newly updated and very comfortable. It was quiet too, I did not hear a peep from any guest or staff. Housekeeping did a great job. Pool and gym area were great! Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here after getting married at the Tarrant county courthouse yesterday. From check in to check out everything was great! Isaiah checked me in and upgraded my room immediately to a suite. The suite was beautiful, clean and spacious. He was awesome! Angela at the bar was also great! Champagne and cake on the hotel! I reside in Fort Worth but willing to book again just for the great stay. Thank you Sheraton family 🤍

I stayed at this hotel during an anime convention, due to it's close proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center. The location is fantastic; you're right across the street from the Water Gardens, and a very short walk away from the Convention Center. The room was large and clean. The beds and pillows were decently comfortable. The service was excellent; the gentleman who checked me in, Frank, treated me as if I was a celebrity guest. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of.

However, the construction going on in and around this hotel was frustrating to deal with. Before 7:00 on a Saturday morning, there was extremely loud construction happening across the street where my room was facing. I understand the hotel can't do anything about that, but a heads up about that would have been appreciated. The walls are thin, so you can hear anything happening in the hallways. BE AWARE THAT PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS HOTEL. When I arrived, the parking garage was full, and the back parking lot was almost completely full; I was lucky to find a spot! Not only is parking not guaranteed, but they don't even verify license plates to ensure that only guests are parking in the garage or back lot. As a paying customer, I don't like the fact that any random person could park for free at the hotel I am staying at and take a spot away from me.
