Amazing service from Kelsey, she was very professional, knowledgeable and made the experience exceptional! Definitely recommend the chocolate dumplings for dessert. It was all around a great experience!

Came here tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Our server Ashley made the experience so amazing. She walked us through each part of the menu and gave us the best recommendations. We really enjoyed our food.

Din Tai Fung who! Ain’t nothing wrong with Teddy Wongs. Derrick was our bartender and server, he was phenomenal. Don’t skip out on the cucumber salad, soup dumplings or wagyu dumplings. Amazing! Highly recommend.

I went to this establishment because the reviews weren’t bad. It’s hard to find good food. I orders the beef broccoli and fried rice with no eggs. To start - the beef had no texture. I tried several pieces and some were a little gummy and others I just spit it out. Not sure what or how it was cooked but the rice was great.

We came to try the dumplings and were very happy with the experience. We ended up putting the chili oil from the pork dumplings on everything and it was very tasty. Our server Nathan gave us plenty of great recommendations and the food came out quickly even during the dinner rush. We got the try the dessert chocolate dumplings not knowing what to expect but they were actually very yummy

Had a great experience at Teddy Wong! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made the visit stand out was the exceptional service from Charlemagne. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and answering all of our questions with confidence. It’s always refreshing to have a server who genuinely knows the menu and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Charlemagne helped make our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. I look forward to coming back and highly recommend both the restaurant and asking for Charlemagne if you’re dining there!

His command of the menu was exceptional—articulating each dish with precision, depth, and an understanding of flavor profiles that reflects genuine expertise. His recommendations were thoughtful and perfectly paced, elevating the entire dining journey into something curated rather than transactional. The menu itself is a celebration of bold, balanced flavors. From the refreshing spice of the cucumber salad to impeccably executed dumplings—chili soup, seafood, and lamb—each dish demonstrated technical skill and consistency. The steak and lobster lo mein was indulgent yet refined, while the duck and Mongolian beef delivered depth and richness without overwhelming the palate. Even the more familiar offerings, like fried rice and crab rangoons, were executed with care and elevated beyond expectation. Had a fantastic birthday lunch celebration at Teddy Wongs. The staff was excellent—Lady T, Chase, and our server Devin were all incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Devin recommended a Japanese IPA to pair with my meal that I probably wouldn’t have tried on my own, and it was a great choice. My favorite dish was the spicy wok-fried har gow, and the fried crab rangoons were delicious. Every sauce we tried was flavorful and well done. Overall, one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in quite a while.

Highly recommend. Cozy little place, with high quality Chinese food. I ordered green tea and they gave me a teapot full with a cute little teacup. My favorite dishes so far are the Udon noodles with beef that is so tender it melts in your mouth, and the Spicy, crispy cilantro cod. They also have the best Crab Rangoon I've ever had and I've had a lot of Crab Rangoon. The building looks kinda scetchy on the outside, but the inside is beautiful and romantic. It's perfect for a date, but make sure you get reservations because they fill up fast. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve never had a visit that wasn’t great. Food is always amazing, consistent in flavors and taste. Staff are friendly, patient & knowledgeable of the menu. Haven’t had an item we didn’t absolutely love. Hot oil wontons are a must order every visit! They also have good HH deals. Location is easy to find, very nice inside. I recommend often to family, friends & in online foodie groups. Grab a seat at the bar if you’re dining solo or meet a group of friends and order up the menu to try it all. You won’t be disappointed

What a great addition to the list incredible dining establishments in Fort Worth! Teddy Wongs is so good! Great Ambiance, Great Service, and Great Dumplings! 🥟 It was obvious our server, Devin took great pride in his craft and knew the details of preparation and ingredients of each dish. He genuinely cared about insuring we enjoyed our time at Teddy Wongs. With less than 20 tables, I’d definitely recommend making reservations, it’s worth it! Patrick Ru has created the perfect synergy of Authentic Chinese Cuisine and Cowtown Culture.

4/27 Update: we came again, for lunch this time and had another great experience. this time we also got to try the chocolate dessert dumplings...just wow so good. We were told they usually sell out fast. So we definitely got lucky today Service 10/10, the restaurant was cozy, clean, and intimate, the food 10/10. We (2 of us) had the orange chicken and fried rice and easily split it as an entree and got left overs, best orange chicken I've had. We also tried the pork and the pork and crab soup dumplings. Amazing. The hot oil wontons, totally worth it. They only serve wine, sake, beer, and soft drinks for beverages but a good selection is a available. Teddy Wongs deserves more stars and I can't wait to go back to check out the Peking Duck. Make a reservation because they stay busy. Hopefully next time we can get in early enough to try the dessert chocolate soup dumplings.

Y'all, I've had a hankering for soup filled dumplings, and I finally got them! Teddy Wongs has charm, a fun environment, AMAZING service, and the best fresh Chinese cuisine we have had in a while. The back story is pretty cool too! While I wasn't a fan of the Crab Rangoons (too sweet for me), my husband said he loved them. The orange chicken was out of this world! We also tried the BBQ Pork fried rice, and we couldn't stop eating it. My pork soup dumplings hit the spot, and now we have a new fave Chinese place. Check them out!!!
