Everything was great! Location was the best, Everything was within walking distance, we only had to drive to the Stockyards, it was like a 10 minute drive.

Nice, modern, vaguely Euro-style hotel. Simple clean furnishings in the room, hard floors (not carpet), step-in shower with a wand attachment (OTHER HOTELS: PLEASE DO THIS). Coffee maker, mini fridge, safe. Bathroom is equipped with one of those modern, sliding doors that allows friendly couples sharing a room to enjoy each even more. And this one adds to the fun by being translucent glass, so that if one person wakes at night for the bathroom, the whole room lights up. Thermostat is modern and touch-screen controlled. Unfortunately, the HVAC doesn't really do much to alter the room temperature. No self-park facility, valet parking is almost $60 a night. I hope my car slept well. Hotel has a small but pleasant bar.

Booked at Le Meridian for a work conference then was told by Marriot they couldn't accommodate my stay but could move me here. Told me they would give 1000 points - considering being separated from all my coworkers and having to either walk alone or pay for transportation felt like a free night would have been more appropriate. Anyways once I got the new reservation for AC I logged into my marriot account and made a request for a room with a tub since this hotel didn't have a hot tub (like La Meridian which is why I booked it) and I have back pain from a car accident. Got to my room - of course, its a room with a shower. Went down stairs to grab some NyQuil since now on top of being inconvenienced was also experiencing some pain and was ready to just sleep ... Was told there was no water available to purchase or in the lobby like most hotels - options were soda, milk, or some late night coffee. The room had a nice view and I appreciated that it was downtown/close to everything but my experience was it's a high class hotel that can't honor simple requests or provide basic necessities. Follow Up: Just don't stay here lol. Filled out a tax exempt form upon check in, day of check out got a receipt with taxes. Went downstairs at 6 am no attendant showed up for an hour. Filled out a second tax exempt form with breakfast attendant and took a picture this time. Got an updated invoice later that day .... With taxes. Now officially the worst service I have ever received at Marriott - I let their corporate know since I am now having to work with them to correct my bill. Idk how simple tasks are so difficult for this place. Terrible!

Street level entrance doors are closed after evening hours leaving you to buzz the front desk who doesn’t answer to let you in. Girl at front desk was rude and dismissive, no welcome or thanks for being lifetime gold. Worst attitude of any hotel staff I’ve come across in quite some time. I won’t return.

Stayed here for a wedding. It was the perfect location to all venues! Only 2 small drawers and min hanging space. Beds were comfortable and nicely updated!

Great service and stay all around. We were here for the weekend just for the Rangers opening weekend. I will say this is that the manager, Carissa, emailed me after my stay and it’s those little pieces of customer service and personalization that are missing from others. Amazing job to Carissa and her AC Hotel team!

Very nice hotel with a "modern" esthetic design. It was very clean and mostly to my expectations of a 4 star hotel. The bar area, bartender, and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot give a 5 star rating for two reasons. One, because the standard room we got was noticeably smaller than the standard room size at most hotels. Second, when we arrived at the room we were given, it had not been cleaned at all after the last guest that occupied it. The front desk did quickly give us a new room, but it was an inconvenience that I would not expect of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing location, close to lots of restaurants. The rooms have always been nice and very clean. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a cozy bar with lots of seating and great drinks. The service from bartender Rolando was phenomenal! He makes the best drinks and is super friendly! He is most definitely an asset to this hotel, and my husband and I look forward to seeing him at the bar on our next visit!
