To be completely honest, I’ve tried this place more than once, and each visit has been underwhelming. The outdoor seating has no shade, and the service is incredibly slow. The coffee is good, but unfortunately, the overall experience falls short.

Our waitress was only responsible for bringing drinks and it took nearly as long as the food to get water and a soda. Seemed very unfamiliar with the menu. Ordered take out and this “house salad” feels like a joke… a cup of lettuce with a tomato

Delicious food and a relaxing vibe!We had a wonderful time here. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We ordered the Mediterranean chicken naan with a Caesar salad, which was incredibly refreshing and flavorful. We also tried the original avocado toast with bacon—the bacon was perfectly crunchy and very tasty.A special shoutout to the golden latte, which is an absolute 10/10!The service was top-notch; everyone from the host to the waiter was highly attentive. The patio is very nice and a great place to relax, though I might recommend adding a bit more shade for sunny days. I didn't get any pictures this time, but I highly recommend this spot!

Classy place, great coffee. I ordered the columbian pour-over for $10 and it tasted award-winning in a good way. Super fruity, sweet, balanced, clear, and a phenomenal cup. Super expensive, but didn't disappoint. You're probably going to park in the (free) parking structure if you peruse this plaza at all. A 3 minute walk if you're parked near the entrance, but no sidewalks so you're going to share walking space with DFW drivers, so limber up and be ready to dive into a bush or something if a driver isn't in a sharing mood ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a great place to have a meeting! I love that you can sit outside or inside. The view of the river is fun. It's in a great shopping area for other things to do. The house tropical ice tea is fantastic. Make sure you get a cup to go!

**I’ve actually been here a few times but never felt compelled to write a review.** Today I came in for brunch (specifically to try the autumn spice pancake). I was sat immediately, however I waited at my table for some time before being acknowledged. It honestly wasn’t that long (maybe like 8 minutes - but I’ve worked in F&B for a long time so I can be very patient and it seemed a little busy/chaotic when I walked in). But from the perspective of someone who doesn’t work in the industry - it would’ve felt like an unreasonable amount of time. Darren (hopefully that’s how you spell it, sorry if it’s incorrect) asked me if I had been helped yet. After saying I had not, he immediately stepped in to take care of me after apologizing profusely for the wait. Sadly, he let me know they had run out of the autumn spice pancake - not a big deal but I was bummed haha Even though I was not upset at all, I could tell he was in guest recovery mode - throughout my meal he was very attentive and thoughtful. As I was closing out he let me know that the kitchen actually had one autumn spice pancake left, and he was getting it boxed up for me to go. Such a sweet surprise! Again, I’ve had a lot of F&B experience and in many facets (mostly luxury) and let me tell you, he is a star. His level of guest anticipation, communication, problem solving, and going above and beyond when it wasn’t necessary is a natural skill - any restaurant should be lucky to have him.

Located right off the trail, this place is great for a bite to eat, a coffee to go, or a sit down breakfast with friends. It’s very cute inside, with lots of tables and window bar seating available. Outdoor patio seating is available, as well. They have a good selection of coffee, tea, and lemonades. They have lots of options for food available, such as sandwiches, salads, and breakfast meals. I highly recommend the hippie bowl! Food is fresh tasting, and portions are very big for the price. Staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is also a nice spot to stop if you need to work on something as we saw lots of people working and studying with laptops and books.

Excellent atmosphere, service, and products. I was personally looking for a place with a power outlet to plug in my laptop, but those tables were full, and I had to wait over 45 minutes. Everything else was excellent! Rose was fantastic and very friendly! Thank you so much!

The weekend brunch menu serves biscuits that aren’t available during the week and they are DELISH! We love their biscuits and gravy. This place gets packed and the wait can be between 20 - 60 minutes so be aware of that. They do have covered and uncovered patio seating that is right on the Trinity trail.

Even though we couldn’t reserve, we joined the virtual waitlist and took advantage of the wait time to do other things. The migas and the pancakes are great, the bagel and lox was good but wish the salmon had been sliced thinner.

Have eaten here several times. The menu is unique, the food is great and the servers are nice. The best thing about this location is the view on the back porch overlooking the river. Most recently, we had the housemade biscuits with different jams, the Power Brekky (or something like that) and the Cali Burrito.

A cozy little full-service spot nestled next to the Trinity. I dined with my trusty canine on the dog friendly patio. The granola bowl was light and hit the spot. My sweet potato hash with fried egg was the perfect accompaniment. A mimosa, hot flat white (made perfectly!), and an iced lavender latte topped it all off. Everything was served promptly and made perfectly. If you like coffee, brunch, and patios - check this place out! Ask for Schuyler and tell her I sent you! 😁

the food was great! loved the chorizo fries. outdoor seating was pretty, but very cramped so you were uncomfortably close to the table next to you. I love the names of their menu items. in a dog friendly area, but I would not bring my dog inside. outdoor seating would be best. the price adds up if you don't pay attention, so depending on what you get, it can be pretty expensive. overall though, it was a good time with good food.
