If you going here know you going here for the atmosphere and nothing else, the food is overpriced and comparable to Olive Garden with quality, no seasoning and the chef somehow overcooked chicken, which is something that’s the most basic aspect of cooking. The service was alright but the food genuinely pissed me off.

Me and a friend had dinner here recently for the 1st time and we were disappointed. The Flatbread was cold when it hit the table. The pasta and chicken was flavorless. My waiter got lost every chance he could so by the time he came back with the salt and pepper it was cold,the ice in my water had melted,and I was ready to go. The food came out before the silverware SMH. I still tipped him properly. The only bright side to my experience was the cleanliness and rooftop view of downtown I won't try this place again,it didn't feel welcoming at all The 1 star was only for the view and cleanliness.

We were part of a large group, so I completely understand that serving a large party can take a little longer than usual. However, our group was on a specific, shortened menu rather than the restaurant’s full menu, so I expected the service to be reasonably efficient. Unfortunately, it took an entire hour just to get our salads to the table. When the main course finally arrived, several meals had significant issues, including undercooked rice. My salmon was also undercooked and not prepared to the standard I would expect from a restaurant. There were plenty of servers working, and there were still quite a few unoccupied tables, so it was difficult to understand why the service and food preparation took so long. From the time we sat down until the end of the meal, the entire experience lasted approximately three hours. To be fair, not every meal was disappointing, but there were approximately six or seven meals that had issues significant enough to affect the overall dining experience. The dessert was easily the best part of the meal—and, as they say, it’s pretty hard to mess up cake. I understand that large groups can present challenges, but given the limited menu, number of servers, and available seating, I expected much better service and consistency. Unfortunately, the combination of the extremely long wait and multiple food-quality issues left a disappointing impression. Based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant.

We had been wanting to try Branch & Bird for a while and finally stopped in for brunch. The location definitely didn't disappoint. Being on the 12th floor, the views of downtown Fort Worth are beautiful and make for a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the cocktails were outstanding. Unfortunately, the brunch food didn't quite live up to our expectations. The redfish tacos were overcooked, and I'd rate them 2 out of 5. The salmon bowl was a little better, about a 3 out of 5, but it still wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. Overall, Branch & Bird is worth visiting for brunch if you're looking for amazing views, excellent service, and great drinks. I just hope the food improves because it has the potential to match the rest of the experience.

Service was great as well as the views. I definitely wouldn’t come here for the food though. Ordered a steak medium and the first one came back well done. They brought another one out and it was cold in the center. Ended up just taking it to go and throwing it away when I got home. Other than the food…the views, drinks, and service was great.

Branch & Bird was such a great experience, and we'll definitely be back! The rooftop views of Fort Worth are absolutely stunning. We arrived around 4:00 PM, and one corner of the patio was pretty bright with the afternoon sun, so I'd recommend requesting a seat closer to the building if you'd prefer some shade. We ended up staying here 4 hours! We tried both the outdoor and indoor seating, and both had a great atmosphere. The service was spectacular from start to finish. I ordered the espresso martini, which was delicious, and we started with the meat and cheese board that was fantastic. I also had one of the chicken bowls (I can't remember the exact name), and everything we ordered was excellent. One thing to note: finding the entrance can be a little tricky if it's your first visit. You enter through the bottom of the Frost Building and take the elevator up to the 12th floor. We got a little lost, but after one quick phone call, someone was downstairs helping us within seconds. Beautiful views, amazing food and drinks, outstanding service, and genuinely helpful staff. Highly recommend checking out Branch & Bird if you're in Fort Worth!

We ate at Branch & Bird last night, and it was an incredible experience. Located in Sundance Square, this rooftop restaurant absolutely lives up to the hype. The view was phenomenal—you can see across the city, and it was stunning both during the day and once the lights came on at night. The menu isn’t huge, but everything they offer is done exceptionally well. We ordered appetizers and entrées, and every bite was delicious. We chose to sit outside on the patio so we could take in the skyline, and it made the evening even more special. The ambience was perfect—relaxed, upscale, and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, which made it easy to truly enjoy the experience. The waitstaff was wonderful, attentive, and friendly from start to finish. If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and one of the best views in Fort Worth, Branch & Bird is definitely worth visiting.

Met for a dinner with the view with our friends. Great atmosphere. Options to sit outside or inside. We opted for outside and there is option to walk around 180… Place wasnt crowed but we came on a Thursday. We all ordered various things and overall everyone enjoyed their order with small complaint about filet mignon being a bit too salty for both people that ordered it. Otherwise - beef carpacho, salmon, shrimp salad and chicken were all excellent and prices were reasonable considering the location. Worth a visit

I had the best time here!! It over exceeded my expectations!! The manager is incredible, the staff are all so kind. The vibe from start to finish was on point. The inside is small, but so nice, modern, and romantic. The patio is breathtaking at sunset, the food and drinks were delicious as well. 10/10. Will forever be coming back!! 😊😊😊😊 the live music on the weekends is fantastic!! Can’t wait to come back.

A good friend of mine booked us a dinner reservation for a Saturday night. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with this restaurants scenery, views, and atmosphere. Parking was easy to locate and convenient. We parked on the second floor or the parking garage and the entry doors to the building said “Branch and Bird.” There was an elevator that took us directly to the restaurant entrance. The interior was very nice! Simply decorated, clean sheik seating, dimmed relaxed lighting… the atmosphere was great. They also have a HUGE covered patio area that overlooks the city and beautiful night life & lights! Our server Summer, absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, and knew her stuff! I never hesitate to ask questions when it comes to a menu. What is the most popular dish, what would you recommend, what dish have the best flavor profile. She was able to answer all my questions in full detail; love that. Collectively, we tried the Ceviche Tostada, Salmon Toscana, and the Creole Redfish. The Ceviche Tostada was great. It was $18 for 3 tostada’s. My friend and I agreed it had a ton of flavor. I definitely recommend ordering this appetizer; it’s filling, flavorful, and worth the money! My friend ordered the Salmon dish. She gave it a 7.5/10. The salmon was cooked well but not very seasoned or flavorful as expected. I ordered the Creole Redfish and can say unfortunately it did fall flat. The fish could have used more seasoning whereas the risotto could’ve used much less. The creole sauce was good and the tastiest element of the dish. A positive was, when I mentioned the risotto was extremely salty I was given mashed potatoes as an alternative. Overall, although 2/3 of the dishes fell short, I personally would love to go back to try more of their menu. It is a great restaurant, amazing service, and a good menu with potential. I hope this review helps!

Such a great experience for my birthday dinner with family! Rooftop view with live music & good drinks & food was a whole vibe with bonus points for Josh J Accard's sultry voice, acoustic guitar & birthday song for me. My only point of critique would be: I wish the waitress was more attentive. I asked for a straw 3 times over 20 minutes & our glasses were frequently empty from cocktails to even water, but maybe they were understaffed & she was overwhelmed? 🤷🏾‍♀️ She was personable with great recommendations though. Overall, I'd totally recommend it & I'll be back with friends.
