A serious security concern As a woman traveling alone, I discovered that a valuable bracelet I had left in my hotel room was missing. I reported it as a theft and filed a police report. The hotel’s response was deeply inadequate. I had to chase management myself, and almost 48 hours later, I have not received any meaningful update, no indication that key-card access had been reviewed, and no evidence of any substantive investigation. I was also told there was allegedly no manager on duty that Saturday night or Sunday. Most importantly, I no longer felt safe in my own hotel room. For a hotel of this caliber, that level of response is unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Our annual conference was here this year and the accommodations were amazing! The staff...chefs kiss, amazing! From the front desk, to the bar/wait staff, to housekeeping, every single person I came in contact with was happy, kind and helpful. Our group can be a lot and they handled it with style and grace! The whole team was amazing! Kendra M, Denolto, Ju, and Eddie, thank you all again for an amazing time!

After a rough start at another hotel, the Crescent Hotel completely turned our trip around. It's a beautiful, modern property in a great location close to everything we needed in Fort Worth. The bar and restaurant were immaculate, and our room was spotless with comfortable beds and a genuinely pristine feel throughout. Every detail of our stay here was excellent, and it made for a great end to our trip.

Our stay at the Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had, particularly given the level of service you expect from a property of this caliber. We arrived after traveling overseas and had specifically requested a quiet room. At check-in, our key cards did not work. Once we finally got into the room, we discovered that we had been placed directly over the bar and the noise was extremely loud—the exact opposite of what we had requested. We went back downstairs to have the situation corrected, only to encounter another problem: the hotel’s computer system was not working properly. What should have been a simple room change turned into nearly an hour of waiting before we were finally able to get settled into another room. After a long international trip, it was an incredibly frustrating way to begin our stay. Unfortunately, the experience got even worse the following evening. After dinner, we returned to the hotel and went to get something to eat and have a drink. My brother had a bottle of wine from another restaurant and asked the staff if it was okay to have it there. Initially, we were told yes. The staff then changed their mind and said we could not. My brother expressed that he thought the change was crazy, but accepted their decision. What happened next was astonishing: the waitress then refused to serve us—not only the wine we had brought, which we understood they had the right to decline, but any food or drinks from the hotel as well. I have stayed at hotels throughout the United States and around the world, and I cannot remember ever encountering a situation quite like this. Between the non-working room keys, being assigned a loud room despite specifically requesting a quiet one, the computer issues and lengthy room change, and then being refused service the following evening, the problems just continued to compound. Mistakes happen in hospitality, and normally we are very understanding when they do. What matters is how a hotel responds and makes things right. Unfortunately, during this stay, we experienced one service failure after another rather than the level of hospitality and professionalism we expected. The Crescent is a beautiful property, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Based on what we experienced during this stay, I could not recommend it.

06/24/24 - This is a beautiful newer hotel (Nov. 2023) by the Kimball Art Museum. The staff have been attentive, kind and wonderful. The food in the restaurant, lunch time was good. My only thought process is that they might add a few more items to the menu for dietary diversity (like I needed). The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. Exception: TV AND NO frig. It is dumbfounding that in 2024 they would not put Smart TVs in the rooms. So no access to any of your apps you like to watch or access for like meetings or zoom or something like that. Total FAIL. I did find out that they could loosen up the TVs some so you could connect via HDMI cord and USB. 🙄🤔 The phone wasn't working in my room at all I had to do everything via my cell phone in calling the front desk. They were very attentive and great at helping me order room service, adding an extra day, reservations or anything I needed (Thank you Abby and the other front desk people over this last weekend. Landon in Engineering). Found out that the phones are all connected through a cloud service. Therefore, it is digital based and the hotel may need 3rd party to fix. Maybe still working out the glitches on that. Sometimes analog isn't bad. There's a drawer with the drinks in it but 🚫 refrigerator. That is also dumbbounding. Who wants warm white wine?! 😳 All in all it's a fantastic hotel except for those 2 dumbfounding FAILS. I hope they choose to correct these issues so other guests can avoid what I had to go through. We will definitely be returning and staying longer. It is a fantastic hotel and the area is excellent to eat and explore.

I was given a 2nd floor room next to the pavilion where a large wedding reception took place. The extremely loud music played until 1:30am(!) and the low frequency bass rattled my window the whole time making it impossible to sleep. My coworker with a 5th floor room said she could hear the noise. I called the front desk at midnight and also talked to the desk the next morning to tell them what a problem it was as I had to get up early for work and travel. The response was “oh well, sorry.” I was completely shocked that a hotel of this caliber felt that it was appropriate to keep this noise level going into the wee hours and then offered zero customer service when I told them it was a huge problem. If you must stay here, stay only during the week to avoid these events.

This was hands down one of my best stays at a hotel. The customer service was beyond amazing and every single one of the staff members my family came into contact with were so helpful, attentive, and kind(valet, front desk, room service, bellman, engineer, etc). This will always be our stay! Could not be more grateful for them!

Good work sales meeting here in January. Definitely a nice build, still can see areas of improvement for flow of hotel. Parking and only having Valet isn’t ideal. Many of my coworkers had dietary restrictions that weren’t met, but overall this place is beautiful. Just needs some more time working on the details.

I recently stayed at the Crescent for about 6 days while my apartment was being worked on due to a flooding situation. The staff here were so supportive and friendly. Their hospitality made me feel welcome and at home. The room was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the bar and the restaurant. The gym was great as well. All of the equipment was nice and new, and included towels and bottles of water. This is really the luxury hotel that Fort Worth needs. I would say the only drawback is the absence of a small coffee shop inside the hotel for grab and go items. There is not much in the nearby area in terms of that. But overall an incredible stay and will be my go to hotel in the area. Also Gary the concierge is the best

I stayed here with a group of friends to go to the rodeo in Fort Worth. From the minute we pulled up to the valet, everything about our stay was perfect. we had lunch reservations at Amelia's so the valet and bell staff kept our bags while we enjoyed an amazing lunch! Our waiter, Travis, was gave us the best service - his recommendations on the menu were spot on and he was quick to react to any request! Our rooms were all beautiful and comfortable - great pillows! The house car took us to the rodeo, and then made sure we knew where he would pick us up afterword! Danny, the driver, was exactly where he said and knew the back roads back to the hotel to miss the traffic. We can't wait to come back!!!
