    What makes it fun

Emilia's brings the flavors of the Mediterranean to Fort Worth with dishes inspired by Italy, France, Spain, Greece and Morocco and brought to fruition with locally sourced produce and ingredients. Start your meal with a Burrata and your taste buds will thank you as you bite into a creamy cheese spread on perfectly grilled focaccia. Don't miss the Sicilian Crudo or Tonnarelli Carbonara. You'll enjoy whichever dishes you pick from the comfort of plush seating in a elegant yet laidback atmosphere. A date at Emilia's will surely put a smile on your face.

My wife and I stopped by to see what the atmosphere and food quality was like as we plan to spend time at the hotel in the near future. We were so pleased by the wait-staff, in particular Kevin, who knew the menu well, was professional, and treated us like guests and not a bother. He spoke with respect, his demeanor exuded this was a career he engaged in and not just a paycheck. He answered all of my wife's questions about the menu, and not once, made us feel like we were holding him up from doing something more important.I got the Everything Under the Sun salad that made my wife wished she had gotten it instead of Two Eggs Any Style. Not that hers was bad, but mine was so amazing for a good price I had trouble not telling her she should listen to me more often 😄.

We made reservations for four at 6pm on a Saturday. Perfect time to get extra attention from the waitstaff and enjoy the atmosphere. We were greeted from the hotel entry, at the bar and at the hostess stand. Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and preparations. All his recommendations were spot on.Starters: Burrata & Fritto MistoThe burrata with peaches was so insanely good. I have never had that combination before and I’m a big fan. Enough for four to share. The fritto misto had 2 huge shrimp along with calamari and a lemony sauce. Delicious.Mid Meal: Gem salad & Red pepper bisque.Hands down the best bisque I’ve had in a long time. The brightness of the soup with the breadcrumbs was fantastic. I could have eaten a bowl.Entrees: Gemmeli, Short Rib Rigatoni, 6oz filet, Red Pepper Risotto with steak, papas bravas, Asparagus.Everyone loved their meal. The risotto was absolutely surprising. It had similar profile as the bisque and paired well with the steak. The rigatoni is probably my second favorite pasta dish in Fort Worth. FANTASTIC! Wagyu Steak was tender, flavorful and like butter.Overall, we would definitely come back and enjoy some of the outdoor seating. It’s a must try in the area for sure!!

Everything was pretty good, but they still need to work out the kinks with the operation. Drinks were good but service was slow. They aren't really Mediterranean so much as standard Italian food with some pizza, but the food was still very good. Don't expect to get into the main restaurant without a reservation, even if they are completely empty - they don't take walk-ins :(

Had a small party of 12 in the wine room. Atmosphere is amazing, food was delicious ( don’t miss out on the heavenly bread pudding), and service was perfection. Our waiter Travis was delightful. I will definitely be back. Overall wonderful dining experience.

I booked a little getaway trip from Dallas to Fort Worth for my husband and I. We stayed at The Crescent and the manager had recommended the French toast here for breakfast, he raved how amazing they were & I am here to tell you they are absolutely worth every cent and calorie! The restaurant itself is classy & sophisticated, beautiful pastels and natural elements throughout. The natural lighting was very welcoming, open and inviting. Mariana was our gracious and attentive waitress who was knowledgeable about the meals we ordered. Not that breakfast is any real complicated meal however she made special note to let me know that the chefs add citrus to the French toast to boost the complexity & flavor of the dish. She even recommended a little extra granola for my husband’s “Texas Start” because once you eat through the top layer, you need just a dash more granola to round out the rest of the yogurt. Back to this amazing French toast though... the caramelized bananas and cream were so dreamy and decadent without being overly sugary sweet. The warm brioche toast was buttery, pillowy soft and packed full of flavor. This is probably the perfect French toast. Mariana though… she added the perfect amount of interesting insight to the meal without being overly so. Our coffee was always topped off & fresh and all together this was the perfect start to a wonderful day of exploring and wandering around.

Absolutely incredible new spot in Fort Worth!!! Chef Preston Paine did an amazing job at creating this menu. I went for brunch and it was to die for!! The french toast was my favorite! My mom went for dinner and she said it was fantastic too.The service staff was so friendly and attentive. You must try this spot for your next date night or for a brunch with friends!

Emilia's is elegant with an awesome vibe. I went for brunch and the food was amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Their short rib hash was absolutely incredible! This lone visit has made this one of my favorite spots within the West 7th Street Fort Worth area.
