My impression of the Hotel Drover has completely changed to the positive. First time we have ever stayed here but totally in love what it has to offer. Besides the fabulous location the accommodations are flawless. The rooms are exquisitely decorated as is the rest of the grounds.

The pool area is a must visit.

We definitely will be back.

We have been wanting to stay here for quite a while. We had an opportunity this past Friday and it met all our expectations. First, the service level at this location is phenomenal. Every associate who works here from the check-in agent to the maître d’s we’re all very engaged. The food at the restaurant was really good. Some of the best ribs we’ve ever tasted and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We plan to go back here again.

Everything about the Drover is amazing. The entire staff is spectacular. Austin, the poolside server is A+++++and his drinks are amazing. Alex, poolside attendant, spectacular!! He went out of his way to make my wife’s birthday cabana phenomenal ! He went out of his way to leave a note to make sure her cabana was decorated for her birthday. Kristy, Kevin, Drake, Brycen in the restaurant, awesome!!! Pali, concierge, incredible, top notch!!! Basically everyone in the Drover including the managers made us feel welcome, well taken care of and went above and beyond to make our stay the BEST in the USA!!! Thank you to everyone!!!

Hotel Drover exceeded every expectation! We were celebrating our 40th birthdays with a staycation, and from the moment we arrived, Randi made us feel so welcome. She surprised us by sending a special birthday surprise to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our celebration even more memorable.

A huge thank you to Chris with the sales team for accommodating us with a late checkout so we could enjoy more time relaxing by the beautiful pool before heading home.

The level of hospitality from the entire team was outstanding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the service is exceptional, and every employee we interacted with genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond the way they do. We can’t wait to come back and will highly recommend Hotel Drover to anyone visiting Fort Worth! ❤️🤠🎉

The hospitality from the moment you walk in to the pool, to the bar and restaurant all truly one to remember. Love staycationing here & truly love the Texas feel here. Not pretentious and not fancy.

The best part is my husband let them know it was our 15 wedding anniversary and they surprised us with a beautiful dessert board and bottle of wine. This is what it’s all about! Thank you so much for making us feel so seen and celebrated!

Had a rough day when I arrived and casually mentioned it to Elaina at the front desk. she surprised me by sending a candle and sweet note to my room, which honestly turned my whole trip around!!!!

Such a small gesture, but it meant so much. Elaina’s kindness and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. The Drover is lucky to have her! I will be recommending this hotel to my whole team!!

Always love to go to The Drover. It is a treat we only get to do occasionally because their room prices are often a bit inflated in my opinion, particularly of if you are going to dine and drink on property, which is awesome. Great location in the Stockyards, and we always love the vibe on Friday and Saturday nights. They often have events taking place in their beautiful "back yard", which you absolutely need to take time to explore in the evenings. The staff are wonderful and they obviously hire the right kinds of people to go with the vibe they are trying to convey.

I had seen the ads on facebook last Christmas, and made plans to stay here for our anniversary weekend. The staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The lobby and grounds are spacious and gorgeous, and the room was nicer than the photos.
Champagne & chocolate dipped strawberries waiting in your room are never a bad way to start!
The hotel’s location was fantastic, as everything is within walking distance.
Hated to leave, so I guess we’ll have to go back.

Not just a motel, but a destination in itself. Captures the Texas spirit. Wish the restaurant served better steaks, though! Otherwise would highly recommend The Drover!

Beautiful hotel that’s cozy and just big enough. The entire hotel is design well. The river in front of the hotel provides good nature sense. Outdoor seating area is the best here. Love sitting under the big old tress!

Hotel Drover is beautiful in every way. The aesthetics are incredible, the service special, and the experience memorable. We arrived on a very busy Easter weekend but the entire staff was kind and attentive. No stuffy arrogance here. The hotel is meticulously clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The complimentary waters when coming or going are a nice touch when out exploring. The hotel smells AMAZING. They sell their signature scent in a candle that can only be bought from the hotel. I may need to bring an extra suitcase to stock up next time. The only down side is we had a double queen for my husband and I and two teenagers and it was TIGHT. Finding a place for 4 suitcases was interesting. We made it work but just a good fyi. We were here to look at colleges and I’m hoping our son chooses this area so we have an excuse to come back. We check out today and I don’t want to leave. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a great time staying on a recent Sunday-Tuesday with my family. Location is wonderful and you get to fully experience the Fort Worth stockyards.

Staff always very polite and personable.

Marriott Titanium Elite member and was able to upgrade to vice presidential suite and that was amazing. I don’t think a smaller room would make it a lesser stay though.

Great stay - already booked a return trip for close to Christmas 2024.

Marriott did an excellent job with the decor and design of Hotel Drover by bringing upscale luxury to The Stockyards.
Both back-of-house and front-of-house staff act very friendly and they all go above and beyond to accommodate guests.
The rooms feature comfortable bedding and plenty of space. The staff keep the rooms clean and tidy, and perfectly decorated to stay on theme. I found it clever that the hotel provides a pricing list of certain items (from beverage/food in the mini bar to decor pieces and other amenities) for guests who want to take something with them after their stay.
The hotel also offers free luggage tags (branded with up to two letters) for guests to take.
My spouse and I didn't try the food but, we did try the beverages from the bar. The bartenders need to work on consistent measurements/pours.
We spent most of our time in The Stockyards area and liked the convenience of the hotel's location - in the heart of the action!
Overall, we enjoyed our time at the hotel. It can cost a lot and, because we spent much of our time off property, we will likely stay at a more cost-friendly hotel in the future.
I do recommend that you stay at Hotel Drover for your first time to The Stockyards!
