Here for a conference. I was a bit worried about street noise since it's on a main drag, but I didn't hear a thing. The mattress was a little too hard for me, but my back is picky. Big shoutout to the front desk for printing my documents when the lobby printer kept jamming. Saved my life.

Would rate a ZERO if we could!!! Lobby smells disgusting, it was dirty, looks run down and is dark and feels like an old rundown motel. Got off elevator, entire hallway of linens and towels, folded… but on the floor!!! Then got to our room, door was already open, walked in and door looked like it had been broken into, room was a wreck, and filthy! Holes in wall and graffiti etched into the paint that was definitely not decor! Nasty! Nasty! Nasty! Do not recommend!!! Definitely not as advertised!!!

Flew in way before noon and fully expected to wait, but the guy at the desk got me into a room right away. Super chill dude. AC pumped cold air and shower pressure was solid. The ice machine on my floor was busted, but they pointed me to the next one down so it wasn't a huge deal. Totally decent for the money.

This is a BIG NO! This has been the WORST stay at a hotel ever!! The self check in does not work if you book through Expedia. The front desk girl had to give us the correct confirmation code because the Expedia once does not work in their system. After checking in we went to our room to find the door was wide open and we had to make sure no one was in our room. After making sure no one snuck in we saw a crappy cement floored room with minimal furniture that was 75 degrees regardless of being set at 66. We also found hair in our bed, ants all over the furniture and walls, paint peeling from the ceiling due to water damage, a light fixture falling from the ceiling, and to top it all of the “windows” in our room was a floor to ceiling three panel door that could not be fully shut causing the heat, bugs and noise from the busy road outside to all be present in our room. When we asked for a room change we were told that they were booked out for the weekend and gave us an email to contact the manager. When we sent an email to him the email bounced back saying the email no longer existed. We tried calling the hotel number and no one answered either. This stay was already awful but the cherry on top was being told that room service was not on property and that they only come by request and then randomly having them walk into our room without knocking when we never requested it. Please if you can help it stay far far away from this place and never stay the night here!

100% DUPED AND WON’T BE BACK. This place was grossly misrepresented on the Internet. We got here after a confusing convoluted circle around the building because you can’t find the front door. I walked in and was immediately hit with the stench of mildew and 80° temperature in the lobby. There’s no icemaker for the entire building and no one will answer the front desk. I was able to go down to the front desk to get a cup of ice, which the front desk lady had to go get from the bar that was shut down and not open. We wanted to have a drink before the show, so we’re gonna have to Uber somewhere else, rather than just go downstairs as we had planned. There are storage and supply boxes all over the place. Janitorial closets are left open and there’s a random lamp plugged into the wall in the hallway to the rooms. Totally janky and totally a rip off for the $300 I’ve spent to be here tonight. This was a special birthday weekend for my best friend and a huge slap in the face to walk into this. On top of that when I expressed my thoughts to the front desk attendant, she just rolled her eyes and told me that’s how it is. Again, I won’t be back and I do not recommend this place.

Very clean, modern hotel. The rooms lack a fridge and rug but are very clean, well designed, and comfortable. It’s a little interesting to get used to not having staff on-site but the check-in and room key process is very easy if you are comfortable with using a phone. The location was very convenient and nearby to many Fort Worth sites.

Honestly I have booked a room before and it was great clean and nice but the next time I have booked a room I walked in with the door open no one inside bed wasn’t great looking and eventually got a hold of some who was there and was told to wait and about 40 minutes supposedly to clean the room and was never notified that is was ready just ended up going back and it was decent clean. Had no bathrobes and little shampoo left but honestly hopefull that next time the room can be ready on time I really did like thr rooms before. Edit- I booked a room recently and just for your information they don’t have a parking lot for the hotel it is shared between other businesses so you have to pay to park and cost on the day but I ended up getting a parking violation since I didn’t know because I have booked room before and never gotten this violation and the website never says you have to pay to park so keep in mind when booking and I also emailed them and still no response. If it says on the website I will remove this edit.

We understood the concept of this hotel and did plenty of research before we came, but it’s just not well executed. Hotel staff is not organized at all, the man called Sheldon didn’t know which rooms were ready for us- he took us to three different (apparently dirty) rooms before finding a clean one, which was not the one we booked. It also had empty shower toiletries, no working thermostat, and it actually rained inside - yes INSIDE - our room the last night we stayed. Save your money and stay anywhere else. We paid over $500 for two nights - absolutely not worth it.

Was worried when read reviews but dang. This is an amazing hotel. Then man who worked bar and hotel on 4/12-4/13 when I was working was totally cool, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The views were great. The bar was nice and cool looking. Most people leave reviews when mad. I want everyone to know that this was awesome. I didn’t even have to checkin. They have an app you download that makes this place the best hotel ever. Didn’t have to worry about losing keys. Only downside was I wish the AC hit harder or worked better. But I stole their hallway fan and he was ok with that. Thanks a million. Will return.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here! I was worried about the reviews and here was my experience: Positives: • Location was great and felt very safe. • Parking was a non-factor, even for a Saturday stay. • The security of the building in terms of key entry was nice. • The rooms were modern and like the pictures show. • There is a lounge area and outdoor lounge space on the floor. Negatives: • The Shower pressure was very poor. • There wasn’t body wash like other reviews had. • The couch had a stain on it upon arriving. Overall, I would stay here again!
